From concept to creation, I led a team of Creatives to bring these stories to life. By teasing the hero video with a series of cutdowns, we established engagement from our audience, bringing awareness to the issue in a clever and relatable way.

Transparency is front and center in this campaign as women across industries share the first time they felt their salaries were equitable in the workplace. Ultimately, we felt it was important to let the women do the talking.
